Here’s a recipe for a Mexican meal.
Alambres
Ingredients:
½ Green bell, ¼ red, and ¼ yellow sweet pepper
½ Sliced Onion
2 lbs. of Small pieces of steak
Half package of bacon
Your favorite cheese(as much as you desire)
Instructions:
Cook onion, green, red, and yellow peppers until half cooked. Add bacon and steak and cook until done. Add cheese, cover, and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with corn or flour tortillas and your favorite salsa.
Lime Cookie Dessert
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
½ cup of lime juice
40 vanilla wafers or Maria cookies
Mix liquids in blender. Soak each cookie briefly in liquid and layer in an 8×8” pan. Pour rest of liquid on top. Decorate with pecans or crushed cookies. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
