Dear Faithful Supporters,

Thank you all for your prayers!  We have been back in the United States now for a couple of weeks.  We had an easy, uneventful trip back from Mexico, with the exception of spending a few hours in Tennessee to replace the alternator in our car.  The boys did an amazing job on the trip.  They are very glad to be out of the car though!

Last week, we had a meeting in Indianapolis with EBM and our pastor.  Our home church, and EBM (pending the final formalities) have approved us to go to Texcoco, Mexico where we will be working in a church plant with Rolland and JoAnn Smith, and Cindy Bishop.  We are so excited to have the green light to go!  

As you may remember, we spent about a month in Texcoco before we came back to the States.  While there, we got to know more about the city and the people in the church.  There are about 30 people attending this new church plant.  We were able to get together with just about every family in the church before we left.  We also got to know a college professor and his family, who live close to the Smith’s.  They are very open to a relationship, but still closed to the gospel. 

When we return to Texcoco we will be working alongside the Smiths and Cindy Bishop to help start this new church.  We will be helping to train some of the men in the church for leadership.  Also, we will be involved in preaching and teaching, evangelism, and evangelism training, and in developing youth and young marrieds programs.  We are so excited about working in this team.  We believe it will be a great fit, and we are so excited about the possibilities!  God is so GOOD!  We could talk about this all day, but we’ll stop here because of space!  

We will be visiting many churches over the next couple of months.  We are looking forward to ministering in some of our supporting churches as well as presenting our ministry in several new churches.  We still have a few Sundays open, so if you are interested in us coming to your church on one of those days, please let us know.  Our schedule can be found on our homepage.

Our support level is currently at 86%.  We are $659/month under supported, and need to raise a minimum of $349/month in order to return to Mexico.
